Responsibilities
- Own component backlogs, shape roadmaps, refine epics and stories
- Support sprint and PI planning
- Surface dependencies, risks and trade-offs early
- Connect product intent, engineering delivery and cross-team coordination
- Help teams visualise progress and make delivery risks visible early
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Owner, or in a similar agile role
- Strong backlog management, refinement and roadmap development skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence working with technical teams, complex systems and cross-team dependencies
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strategic mindset with empathy
