Responsibilities

• Contribute to GTM strategies for new product launches and market entries
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics across segments, verticals, and geographies
• Identify performance gaps at rep, team, and regional level with data-backed recommendations
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs with Sales Leadership and RevOps
• Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation
• Conduct win/loss analysis, pipeline conversion studies, and sales cycle analysis
• Provide strategic insights for QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive reporting
• Use AI tools (LLMs, AI copilots, workflow automation) to accelerate analysis and forecasting
• Build and maintain predictive forecasting and long-range revenue models

Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM, strategy, business operations, or related analytics role
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, BI tools
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HighSpot)
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Plus: management consulting, PE, B2B SaaS, Cloud, or high-growth tech experience
• AI-first mindset

Conditions

• Base salary range $127,000–$168,000
