Responsibilities
- Drive Executive & Business Updates: Establish clear reporting cadences for leadership, translating AI model performance, traveler engagement trends, and BI dashboard metrics into executive-ready status updates.
- Orchestrate AI & BI Roadmaps: Direct complex, cross-functional programs spanning Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Traveler CX teams to ensure business intelligence initiatives land on time.
- Deliver Operational Momentum: Maintain project management rigor across data pipelines, predictive search features, dynamic pricing models, and AI support systems—tracking milestones and holding dependencies accountable.
- Translate Data into Strategy: Partner with CX and Product leadership to convert traveler behavior data and BI reporting into actionable operational changes that reduce friction across the booking and trip lifecycle.
- Unblock Technical & Organizational Friction: Proactively identify bottlenecks in data availability, BI tool integrations, or cross-team alignment, delivering clear resolution paths before project schedules slip.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of program management experience leading technical AI, business intelligence, or data strategy initiatives.
- Strong command of business intelligence frameworks, visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), SQL, and practical understanding of AI/ML lifecycles (including Generative AI and predictive modeling).
- Proven ability to manage complex technical roadmaps involving data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional talent for synthesizing data-heavy technical concepts into compelling, structured updates for non-technical executives.
- Deep interest in online travel, marketplace dynamics, and traveler journey optimization.
- Preferred: Background in travel tech, e-commerce marketplaces, or consumer-facing digital platforms; certifications in program management (PMP, CSM) or advanced credentials in Business Intelligence / Data Strategy.
