Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and continuously evolve the global go-to-market strategy for workforce planning solutions, driving adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.
- Partner with product, marketing, sales, and customer teams to ensure solutions align with market needs and customer priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a workforce planning advisory team responsible for delivering strategic consulting programs for enterprise customers.
- Establish consulting methodologies, engagement standards, best practices, and operational frameworks to improve delivery quality.
- Oversee collaboration across project management, analytics, development, and support teams to ensure successful implementations and customer outcomes.
- Act as an executive advisor for key customer engagements, building relationships with senior HR, finance, and business leaders.
- Represent customer insights and market feedback internally to influence product strategy and future solution development.
- Drive change management initiatives that help organizations transition from traditional planning approaches to continuous, data-driven workforce strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, workforce transformation practices, and emerging technologies to maintain market leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading workforce planning, management consulting, enterprise software delivery, or related functions within HR technology, finance, or workforce strategy domains.
- Proven experience managing and scaling software, consulting, or services businesses serving large enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning practices, workforce models, talent analytics, and organizational design.
- Deep knowledge of workforce transformation trends, including AI, automation, skills analysis, and evolving approaches to job design.
- Demonstrated ability to guide enterprise organizations through complex change management initiatives.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business, financial, and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience developing teams, building operational excellence, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support global initiatives and strategic customer relationships.
