About the team
The GTM sales team works with new and existing businesses of all shapes and sizes.
As a member of the Central Sales Strategy and Operations team, you'll be responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
Responsibilities
Support GTM leadership with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
Standardize global and regional common processes
Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive understanding of business performance
Problem solve and structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics and insight
Identify new opportunities and productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership
Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches and business/resource planning
Run analysis on key performance metrics
Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools
Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials
Manage bespoke projects and stakeholders
Requirements
7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics roles
Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
Proficiency in BI visualization tools
Experience leveraging AI to analyze data, derive insights, automate processes, or create reports/dashboards
Strong analytical skills and structured approach to solving business problems
Experience working with large data sets to identify trends and create insights
Preferred: prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
Preferred: prior experience in the payments industry
