Responsibilities

• Set, maintain and optimise pricing across a broad customer base and multi-product portfolio.
• Develop a deep understanding of the fuel card pricing model and wider fleet-related product range.
• Monitor, interpret and leverage market trends, competitor activity and commodity price movements.
• Manage and coordinate the stakeholder approval process for pricing recommendations with Sales, Finance, Operations and Senior Leadership.
• Take ownership of commercial tender responses, coordinating information across departments.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and highlight margin improvement opportunities.
• Champion the use of AI-driven tools and analytical capabilities to improve pricing accuracy.

Requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a numerical or logical discipline.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience of commercial price optimisation across large customer bases.
• Experience of AI, contextual within this role.
• Experience as a user of a SAP system preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including VBA, to maintain legacy processes.
