This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics based in Canada.
This is a senior marketing operations leadership role responsible for the technology, data, analytics, and processes powering a sophisticated B2B/B2G marketing engine.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing technology ecosystem: Administer, optimize, and continuously improve enterprise marketing automation platforms and the broader technology stack, including CRM, sales enablement, and data enrichment solutions.
- Optimize lead management: Partner with Demand Generation and Sales Operations to design and refine lead scoring, routing, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and database management processes.
- Build marketing analytics: Develop enterprise dashboards, reporting frameworks, and sophisticated multi-touch attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Improve campaign operations: Streamline campaign intake and operational request queues, create reusable templates, establish efficient workflows, and ensure service-level expectations are consistently met.
- Maintain data quality and compliance: Protect the integrity of marketing databases while enforcing applicable global privacy requirements, including GDPR, CASL, and CCPA.
- Manage technology investments: Oversee the marketing operations and technology budget, manage vendor relationships and contract renewals, and optimize tool adoption and utilization for maximum return.
- Lead and develop the team: Direct, coach, and develop a high-performing Marketing Operations team while providing training, documentation, and enablement to stakeholders across the organization.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Demand Generation, and other teams to align operational priorities with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Drive process transformation: Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, then implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, speed, data quality, and marketing impact.
- Support digital growth: Contribute operational and analytical expertise across SEO, SEM, AEO, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives where relevant.
Requirements
- Marketing operations leadership: Significant experience leading marketing operations, marketing technology, revenue operations, or a closely related function, including experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Salesforce expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong advantage.
- Revenue operations knowledge: Strong understanding of modern marketing systems, database segmentation, lead funnel architecture, and complex B2B or B2G buyer journeys, particularly those involving long sales cycles.
- Analytics and attribution: Strong proficiency with marketing analytics, SQL, business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, and multi-touch attribution methodologies.
- Marketing technology expertise: Experience administering and integrating marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, data enrichment solutions, and related technologies.
- Digital marketing knowledge: Practical understanding of SEO, SEM, and AEO; experience with Account-Based Marketing is highly desirable.
- Process optimization: Strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex workflows into scalable and efficient operating processes.
- Data governance: Understanding of data quality, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements, including GDPR, CASL, and CCPA.
- Strategic leadership: Ability to balance hands-on technical execution with strategic planning, prioritization, budget management, and organizational leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business functions while communicating complex topics clearly.
- People development: Proven ability to mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, establish high standards, and create an environment where others can succeed.

Conditions
- Competitive compensation: CA$120,000–CA$150,000, including base salary, a discretionary bonus, and benefits.
