About the role

• Lead the IAM team within Elastic Cloud, modernizing identity and access management systems.
• Oversee and support a distributed high-performance team tackling an ambitious roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture; mentor team members, set clear performance expectations, and monitor team dynamics.
• Lead regular meetings to align on goals and share updates.
• Develop project plans and timelines for IAM initiatives; allocate resources and track progress.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve IAM capabilities.
• Align technical strategies with business objectives and lead technical discussions.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and build relationships with internal teams.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and recognize achievements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering.
• 3+ years in identity and access management.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and architectures.
• Experience with IAM solutions and frameworks.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Conditions

• Base salary only; no variable compensation component.
• Typical starting salary range: €87,300 – €138,100 EUR.
