• Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across the Region, focusing on Passenger Acquisition, Retention, and Brand Growth.
• Translate business goals into integrated, full-funnel marketing plans, combining performance, brand, offline channels, and partnerships.
• Drive customer-centric growth, deeply understanding user behavior, needs, and regional nuances across markets.
• Lead the development of strong local brand positioning, ensuring consistency while allowing for cultural relevance.
