Requirements
- Experience & Education: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting or sales, with a college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Communication & Sales Orientation: Strong communicator with proven success in a sales-driven environment, able to confidently connect with diverse personalities and drive results.
- Sales & Persistence: A proven track record in a sales-driven environment, showcasing persuasive abilities and a results-focused approach.
- Conflict Resolution & Positivity: Skilled at resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
- Independence & Teamwork: Capable of balancing independent work with effective collaboration to achieve shared goals.
