About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Mobile Product Manager with a primary focus on Firefox for iOS, while also contributing across mobile (including Android). This role is about building a better browser, turning downloads into loyal users, and creating experiences that truly stand out.
Responsibilities
- Build a fundamentally better browser experience: fix bugs, refine UI and navigation, improve downloads, menus, performance
- Drive strong activation and retention: focus on the new-user journey, optimize the funnel through data, testing and iteration
- Deliver differentiating features and experiences that make Firefox stickier for key user groups
- Work closely with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship high-impact improvements
- Stay deeply connected to real users: track App Store trends, test apps hands-on, analyze reviews and analytics
- Monitor app health in App Store Connect and Google Play Console (crashes, ANRs, ratings) and support acquisition/retention through ASO, store listings and growth experiments
- Adapt and optimize Firefox for global markets (Europe, Japan, Asia etc.)
Requirements
- Proven shipping experience: hands-on experience launching or managing apps on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store
- Execution focus: strong track record of delivering features under deadlines
- Mobile & browser fluency: deep understanding of iOS (and ideally Android) ecosystems, app store policies and web browser technologies
- Data-driven iteration: comfort using analytics, funnels, A/B testing and user feedback
- User obsession: habit of studying apps, following trends on X/Twitter and Reddit
- Global & growth mindset: interest or experience growing products in international markets
