Responsibilities
Assess client requirements with detailed analysis to identify their needs; translate business needs into clear technical specifications
Design scalable and robust system architectures; create detailed architectural documentation and diagrams
Ensure system designs adhere to industry standards and conduct risk assessments
Guide technical teams in navigating complex project implementations and ensure code quality
Engage with stakeholders to understand goals and gather detailed requirements
Evaluate existing solutions for performance and compatibility; develop proof of concept and prototype demonstrations
Requirements
6+ years with system architecture design
4+ years with cloud-based solutions
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Expertise in cloud-native application development
Knowledge of AI, ML, and high-performance computing
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of existing systems
Willingness to travel 50% within region, occasionally internationally
Experience working in Australia and New Zealand Public Sector
