Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team that builds payments products
- Work with Product Manager and Design to create product strategies
- Shape the organization, processes and culture of the commerce platform
- Mentor engineers in software development and payments products
- Drive delivery against key company and department goals
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the software industry
- 3+ years of experience launching payments products
- Experience developing and launching FinTech products and infrastructures
- Experience coaching engineers with diverse specialties
- Experience scaling up teams and organizations
- Experience working with Adyen and Stripe platform is a huge plus
Conditions
- Hybrid role located in the New York office
- Cash compensation range: $185,500 - $299,000 USD
