About the role
Checkr is looking for a Senior FinOps Program Analyst to support execution and scheduling of internal technology programs, reporting to the Director of Billing Ops, in the Financial Operations organization.
Responsibilities
- Support program management for a portfolio of Corporate Engineering initiatives, tracking progress from scoping through delivery and post-launch review.
- Maintain program roadmaps and status reporting, translating progress and blockers into clear updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security teams to track dependencies and flag delivery risks.
- Support adoption of AI tooling and integrations across internal teams by coordinating rollout logistics, training schedules, and communications.
- Track success metrics and KPIs for each program.
- Help maintain and refine program management processes, templates, and governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, with a solid grasp of project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking.
- Experience supporting technology rollouts or adoption initiatives.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with experience tracking success metrics and KPIs.
- PMP, PMI-ACP or similar certifications is a plus.
