This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Platform, Integrations, and Data based in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution against the product roadmap for core retail platforms, integrations, and data infrastructure while partnering with product leadership on prioritization decisions.
- Translate operational and business challenges into scalable platform capabilities that support long-term growth and efficiency.
- Lead product initiatives related to order management capabilities, inventory visibility, fulfillment orchestration, routing, returns, cancellations, and other retail operations workflows.
- Define and evolve integration strategies, APIs, data contracts, and architecture patterns across commerce and enterprise systems.
- Establish requirements for event tracking, instrumentation, and data quality standards while developing governance practices for critical data domains.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to enable reliable reporting, self-service insights, experimentation, and AI-driven use cases.
- Evaluate technology platforms and vendors by assessing architecture, scalability, integration complexity, and overall business value.
- Support build-versus-buy decisions through feasibility analysis, business cases, and technology assessments.
- Identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve operational efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes.
- Define success metrics, OKRs, and KPIs while using data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, analytics, and business teams to align stakeholders and deliver successful product outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise commerce platforms, including order management, product information management, warehouse and fulfillment systems, POS, replenishment, demand forecasting, or shipping solutions.
- Strong understanding of how retail technology ecosystems interact and where platform improvements can create operational leverage.
- Experience using analytics, automation, or predictive models to improve business processes such as fulfillment, allocation, replenishment, sourcing, or returns.
- Technical fluency with SQL, data analysis, APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on event-driven architectures, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities with experience translating complex workflows into clear product requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align engineering, operations, data, and business stakeholders.
- Experience defining OKRs, KPIs, and using metrics to guide product decisions.
- Strong business judgment and ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations.
- Experience evaluating vendors, building business cases, and supporting technology investment decisions.
- Familiarity with AI-native tools, workflow automation platforms, or integration frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to quickly prototype ideas, test solutions, and identify practical opportunities for automation.

- Competitive annual salary range of $130,000 - $140,000.
