Обязанности
- Identify and acquire new clients in target markets (Gamedev, i-gaming, FinTech)
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (HRDs, CFOs, Heads of Operations)
- Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry trade events, conferences, and online forums
Требования
- Strong network in Gamedev industry (relations with CEOs, COOs, HRD, CFOs, Leads of game developers and gaming studios)
- Self achiever who can generate sales opportunities from 0 to 1.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales in Fintech, SaaS, payments, gaming or HR tech
- High valued network of potential B2B customers, that matched with the Stape value proposition offer. Expecting to acquire clients with 200+ employees in terms of 6 months
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing accounts
- Solid understanding of global contractor payments, cross-border finance, or remote work ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity platforms
