Responsibilities
- Productionize frontier AI models to address complex business and technical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and engineering teams to implement the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Work directly with customers to integrate AI models into existing technology ecosystems and workflows.
- Drive product impact by owning technical solutions from concept through execution.
- Take ownership of end-to-end projects, including identifying challenges, designing solutions, and delivering results.
- Contribute as a founding member of a rapidly growing team by supporting a variety of technical and strategic initiatives.
- Help shape product development, engineering practices, and applied AI strategies.
- Continuously explore new technologies and approaches to improve AI capabilities and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar applied AI engineering role, ideally building AI products for external users or customers.
- Practical experience working with transformer models, large language models (LLMs), and modern machine learning architectures.
- Strong ability to understand ambiguous problems, develop practical solutions, and deliver results independently.
- Experience owning technical projects end-to-end and rapidly learning new concepts and technologies.
- Background as a technical founder or experience operating in a high-ownership startup environment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with researchers, engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for applying AI to real-world use cases.
