Responsibilities

• Own major AI-native product initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to launch and iteration
• Define design vision and strategy for conversational and AI-powered experiences
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape product principles and quality standards
• Design conversational AI experiences with real-time AI avatars for learning and skills development
• Develop interaction patterns for AI-driven and agentic systems balancing automation with user control
• Build workflows and feedback mechanisms to improve AI output quality
• Prototype and validate emerging concepts through rapid prototyping and user testing
• Champion interaction design, visual design, usability, and systems thinking
• Incorporate user research and customer feedback into design decisions
• Communicate design rationale and facilitate design reviews

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and shipping complex, high-usage digital products
• Experience with AI-powered products, agentic capabilities, or conversational interfaces
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with a portfolio
• Strategic problem-solving in ambiguous environments
• Systems thinking around AI capabilities and technical constraints
• Trust-centered design experience
• End-to-end ownership from exploration to optimization
• Prototyping and experimentation skills
• Strong cross-functional communication
• Customer-focused mindset with enterprise requirements in mind
