About the role
- Looking for a senior leader to craft Agoda's global marketing strategy and execute upon it
- Combine a programmatic approach to optimize volumes and margins with a strategic approach
- Coordinate with senior management, marketing and product teams
- Manage and expand a team of pricing campaign managers and analysts
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine PPC strategy in line with overall business goals and market trends
- Performance Management: Monitor channel performance and efficiency (ROI, spend, and other key KPIs)
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and campaign effectiveness
- Vendor/Partner Management: Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., Google, Bing, agencies) and negotiate contracts
- Talent Development: Mentor, train, and develop team members
- Innovation & Experimentation: Foster a culture of testing and innovation, exploring new channels, tools, and bidding strategies
- Insights: Analyze and explore data to seed projects, understand test performance, and execute on key team goals
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data to drive business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Experience in the online travel or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
- People management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members
- Experience managing budgets and delivering results against financial targets
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Exposure to product development, technology, or working with IT teams is an advantage
