Our partner is a growing healthcare education organization. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on building and scaling a modern content engine.
Responsibilities
- Own the content product strategy and roadmap across content generation, accredited learning, publications, and related digital capabilities.
- Lead the development of a scalable content generation platform that transforms conferences, presentations, educational videos, and other source materials into high-quality derivative assets.
- Establish content quality gates, clinical-accuracy standards, evaluation processes, and publishing requirements.
- Own the content model, taxonomy, metadata architecture, and shared content standards.
- Lead the product experience for accredited learning, including activity structures, learning journeys, credit-claiming flows, and publication workflows.
- Manage product capabilities for embedded clinical tools and sponsor-facing digital assets.
- Build and scale the content operations function by defining roles, processes, standards, resourcing strategies, and build-versus-hire plans.
- Identify and develop new content products, formats, tools, and data capabilities.
- Partner closely with engineering, platform, education, and executive stakeholders.
- Establish measurable accountability for content accuracy, metadata quality, operational scalability, product delivery, and expansion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical product management, content platforms, digital publishing, or related fields; Principal-level candidates should typically bring 10+ years.
- Proven ability to define product standards and drive their adoption across teams.
- Deep experience with content modeling, taxonomy, and metadata architecture, particularly within headless CMS environments; Storyblok experience is preferred.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM-powered content generation, including evaluation strategies, quality controls, accuracy considerations, and cost-performance tradeoffs.
- Experience owning learning management platforms, including activity architecture, learning paths, completion tracking, and credit reporting; Docebo experience is a plus.
- Experience working in regulated, accredited, or editorially independent environments; familiarity with ACCME standards is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to build functions or capabilities from the ground up.
- Comfortable working in AI-assisted development environments such as Claude Code or equivalent tools.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, resilience, adaptability, and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Healthcare, medical education, life sciences, or digital health experience is preferred.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employer visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Eastern or Central U.S. time-zone availability is strongly preferred.
