About the company

- The partner is looking for a Project Manager IV based in United States
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale, complex projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk-management strategies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data, medical review, and operational functions
- Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key metrics
- Facilitate clear communication across project teams and stakeholders
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies
- Manage communications with CMS Division of Investigative Support (DIS)
- Receive legal documents and ensure timely notification and distribution
- Conduct comprehensive file reviews associated with payment suspension activities
- Manage the end-to-end payment suspensions workload
- Apply project management methodologies, change-management practices, and continuous improvement principles
- Use project management systems and reporting tools
- Apply negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of progressive project management experience
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent platforms
- Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management capabilities
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams is preferred
- Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance requirements is preferred
- Familiarity with change-management principles and tools is preferred
- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Conditions
- Annual salary range of $78,216–$110,000
- Full-time employment
- Remote/home-based work opportunity
- Employment is subject to successful completion of required pre-employment background and drug screenings
