E-Commerce Marketing Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Project Manager based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced project manager who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a fast-growing e-commerce business.

• Own and maintain the ClickUp workspace as the central source of truth for projects, tasks, documentation, and team workflows.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, priorities, and task tracking across marketing, creative, and operations.
• Build scalable ClickUp templates, dashboards, automations, and workflows to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Create clear SOPs and document recurring processes to establish consistent and scalable ways of working.
• Manage team workloads, priorities, and capacity while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
• Proactively follow up with team members, remove blockers, and maintain accountability for agreed deadlines.
• Break down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks with defined ownership and timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with founders, marketing and creative teams, and external partners.
• Lead weekly project check-ins to maintain momentum, identify risks, and surface blockers early.
• Conduct quality assurance checks before new campaigns or initiatives are launched.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience managing e-commerce, marketing, or cross-functional projects from inception through completion.
• Expert-level proficiency with ClickUp, including templates, dashboards, automations, task management, and workspace organisation.
• Demonstrated experience creating SOPs and building structured processes from the ground up.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure consistent delivery.
• Proven ability to manage workloads, coordinate contributors, and maintain accountability across teams.
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident, clear communicator who can professionally challenge delays, clarify ownership, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
• Nice to have: experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Nice to have: experience within health, wellness, or supplements businesses.
• Strong written English, with the ability to produce clear documentation and professional communication.
