Обязанности

  • Own and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact day-to-day.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes, and payment performance to provide consultative, data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings with clients, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and aligning on goals.
  • Handle client escalations swiftly and professionally, coordinating across technical, product, operations, and support teams to drive resolution.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to match client needs with the right solutions.
  • Oversee billing and financial queries for each account, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and early flagging of discrepancies.
  • Advocate for client needs internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities.

Требования

  • 2+ years of experience in the fintech sector, with payment processing experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Strong background in fintech or payment gateways, with expertise in handling enterprise-level merchants.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship management and consultative skills.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to spot growth opportunities and act on them.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.
