Responsibilities

• Ship features in UNION and in applications teams run their processes on.
• Work across the stack: TypeScript with React and Next.js, Python services on Kubernetes.
• Build AI-facing features like natural language interfaces and agents.
• Take scoped pieces to production, including tests and post-release fixes.

Requirements

• 2+ years building production software, or equivalent depth from internships and substantial projects.
• Working proficiency in a backend language, Python preferred, and in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience building web frontends with React or Next.js.
• Experience building or consuming HTTP APIs in production.
• Working SQL, including joins and aggregations.
• Some exposure to AI and LLM development.
• Familiar with version control, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Conditions

• Base salary range: $101,000 to $134,000.
• Total rewards package includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
