Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments including configurations, integrations, and application admin activities.
• Analyze incidents to identify application and system problems and possible solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration and user management issues by digging into application and system logs.
• Develop procedures and scripts for monitoring and automation of manual processes.
• Engage with product engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues.
• Develop and share best practices for Admin operations.
• Participate in on-call coverage and activities outside of core hours when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3+ years of IT industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow platform administration experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP administration.
• Experience working with application logs, preferably using Splunk.
• Good understanding of ITIL framework.

Conditions

• Base pay of $149,800 - $262,200, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
• Required in Office.
