About the company
As a Product Engineer on the ArcGIS Pro Sharing team, you will help shape how GIS professionals publish their work, collaborate with others, and bring authoritative content to ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related apps.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for ArcGIS Pro sharing workflows
- Build test coverage for workflows that share GIS content to ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Analyze customer scenarios and product requirements to identify expected behavior and edge cases
- Investigate test failures and product issues, communicate findings clearly, and help drive defects to resolution
- Work with developers and product teams to refine sharing workflows
- Support documentation, messaging, and user-facing workflows by validating behavior
Requirements
- 1+ years of related C# programming experience for automated test development
- Experience testing or troubleshooting software features in a collaborative development environment
- Ability to evaluate workflows from a user perspective and translate requirements into clear test plans
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to investigate complex software behavior
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, GIS, geography, or a related field
Conditions
- Base salary range: $70,304 - $109,200 USD
