• Handle customer inquiries from 5 PM to 2 AM CET.
• Solve business and technical issues via chat and email.
• Process customer questions and internal notifications.

Требования

• 1–2 years of support experience.
• Knowledge of programming principles and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong customer orientation.

Условия

• Full-time position in Prague or fully remote.
