Responsibilities

• Design and test multi-site disaster recovery and failover solutions for DevOps tools
• Administer Jenkins controllers, agents, and pipelines
• Manage Bitbucket repositories and access practices
• Configure and maintain JFrog Artifactory repositories and package management
• Establish governance controls for open-source library ingestion
• Implement software package and dependency security controls
• Produce technical documentation for DevOps toolchain and DR procedures
• Support migration initiatives involving Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Use AI-powered tools including Claude to streamline tasks
• Mentor and share knowledge with teammates

Requirements

• Practical experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JFrog Artifactory
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and artifact management
• Understanding of multi-site disaster recovery and failover design
• Familiarity with open-source governance and DevSecOps practices
• Understanding of Git-based workflows and GitHub Actions migration
• Full understanding of SDLC
• Consultative problem-solving approach
• Strong communication and mentoring skills

Preferred

• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification
• Experience promoting AI adoption
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
