Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated product owner for a contracted custom client build, owning requirements, backlog, and sprint execution with our globally distributed engineering team.
- Advise prospects through pre-sales discovery, guiding component selection and setting clear expectations on what's standard, what's custom, and what we won't build.
- Make discovery repeatable by building the discovery questions, scoping method, and gap-analysis template.
- Support pre-sales on scoping, technical feasibility, solution design, and proposals.
- Hand structured, buildable requirements to product owners for execution.
- Stay engaged after go-live on stabilization, adoption, and expansion opportunities.
- Bring client signal into packaging and pricing decisions.
Requirements
- Technical depth plus product sense.
- Experience in a client-facing technical product role such as solutions architecture, technical product management, or implementation consulting.
- Mortgage or fintech background strongly preferred.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.
- Writes requirements engineering can build from without rework.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and traveling to client sites.
Conditions
- Base Salary Range: $118,000 – $139,000.
- Bonus (if applicable).
- Equity: Meaningful Restricted Stock Units in public company stock (NYSE: BLND).
