Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance data pipelines, reporting datasets, dashboard refresh processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop scalable analytics solutions
• Research source systems, data definitions, ownership, and lineage
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, summarize, and analyze data
• Design and maintain dashboards, semantic models, paginated reports using Power BI
• Develop PowerApps applications to improve business workflows
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows
• Design and support data engineering solutions in Databricks
• Support AI, machine learning, and generative AI initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, automation

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of SQL experience with complex queries
• At least 2 years of hands-on Databricks data engineering experience
• Experience with Power BI, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder
• Experience building applications with PowerApps
• Experience with Power Automate workflow automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: advanced degree, Python/PySpark, AI/ML/generative AI, healthcare data, ETL/ELT processes, lakehouse analytics
• Reliable internet (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) and dedicated workspace

Conditions

• Annual base salary: $89,000–$121,400 USD
