Обязанности

• Lead a highly technical team supporting regional customer and community engagement
• Grow as a recognized subject matter expert on document schema design, building on a deep understanding of core and AI MongoDB capabilities
• Deliver schema design review sessions to customer development teams to guide their design, architecture, and use of MongoDB in the context of their specific or potential workloads
• Deliver live developer enablement sessions to audiences of 40 to 400 developers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to develop and scale effective enablement content for builders within strategic accounts
• Mentor other team members including the surrounding ecosystem of Solutions Architects and Marketing partners.

Требования

• 10+ years of experience working with development or engineering teams in designing database schemas and implementing highly performant and scalable database methods, including 5 years of experience managing technical teams
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to lead technical sessions at public events and online
• Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
