This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer based in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain intuitive web interfaces addressing user needs and business objectives
- Improve key user journeys including registration, authentication, profiles, gamification, navigation, and search
- Identify UX challenges, formulate hypotheses, and develop testable design solutions
- Initiate and conduct UX research, post-launch research, and competitive analysis
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interface states
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, QA, and copywriters
- Maintain and improve interface consistency within design systems
- Use product metrics and behavioral analytics to evaluate design effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer designing complex web and mobile interfaces
- Strong proficiency in Figma including components, Auto Layout, variants, styles, variables, and prototyping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end product design process
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
- Experience designing complex user journeys, forms, validation rules, and edge cases
- Understanding of product metrics including conversion, engagement, retention, and churn
- Experience conducting UX research and incorporating product analytics
- Familiarity with frontend constraints and fundamental HTML/CSS principles
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Advantage: experience in B2C, entertainment, iGaming, fintech
- Advantage: familiarity with FullStory, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Tableau
