Responsibilities
- Independently own engagements across the customer lifecycle, ensuring an excellent experience.
- Be the go-to expert on the Databricks Data + AI Platform, owning technical direction and building reusable AI-augmented workflows.
- Work directly with multiple customers concurrently and set the quality bar for the team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess customer needs, foster relationships, address objections, and effectively showcase the value of the Databricks platform.
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the Data, AI, or Cloud field.
- Deep knowledge of at least one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with more than one is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-driven development with programming languages like Python or SQL, including building and extending AI-augmented workflows.
- Understanding of the end-to-end data analytics and data engineering workflow, and their trade-offs.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
- Nice to have: Databricks Certification.
- Bonus: Experience building AI tooling and automation, consulting or pre-sales, or with agentic solutions.
