Responsibilities
Build and scale the pipeline that routes and delivers notifications across various channels
Ship and iterate on recommended notifications: candidate expansion, ranking and filtering, and notification presentation
Run and analyze A/B experiments to improve reachability, engagement, and long-term retention
Contribute to developer-facing notification APIs and operational excellence, including observability and on-call
Requirements
1–3 years of industry experience
Experience building backend or full-stack services
Experience with distributed systems or large-scale data pipelines
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to understand the impact of work
Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment
Conditions
Annual salary range: $153,120 - $196,750 USD
Equity compensation and benefits
Office-based roles are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
