Responsibilities
Protect the Founder & CEO’s Time and Priorities. Manage a complex, frequently changing calendar with precision and business judgment.
Deliver Integrated Executive, Personal, and Family-Office Support. Own appointments, reservations, expenses, purchases, gifting, special requests, and household-related coordination.
Anticipate Needs and Turn Obstacles Into Solutions. See around corners, identify potential obstacles, and act before they create unnecessary demands.
Execute Complex Domestic and International Travel. Plan flights, accommodations, transportation, documentation, itineraries, and special requirements across multiple time zones.
Build Reliable Systems Around the Details. Maintain organized systems for confidential files, contacts, expenses, invoices, important documents, appointments, renewals, and recurring professional and personal responsibilities.
Create Coordination Across the Office of the CEO. Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head of People, and broader administrative and leadership teams.
