Responsibilities
Own the technical vision and architecture for mission-critical trading systems, including order management, execution engines, and reliability infrastructure.
Drive multi-quarter projects across multiple engineering teams from design through production delivery.
Lead system design and code review processes that elevate engineering quality.
Partner with Product Management and Design to align product strategy with long-term technical bets.
Shape the strategic direction of the trading platform.
Deepen engineering talent across the team by coaching engineers at various levels.
Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of large-scale distributed systems.
Hands-on expertise in trading systems (traditional or crypto), with direct experience building or operating order management, execution, market data, or risk management components.
Track record of leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ambiguous problem statements through delivered outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into scalable system designs.
Experience with performant backend languages in production trading environments.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight.
Conditions
Target annual base salary range: $191,100 SGD.
Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
