Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related generative AI technologies.
- Build conversational experiences capable of answering user questions, automating tasks, and executing business workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
- Develop, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-enabled business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, orchestration logic, and other components required for effective agent experiences.
- Apply appropriate governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor agent performance, adoption, usage metrics, and response quality, using insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define AI use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the reliability and operational performance of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working with generative AI concepts and technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agent design, conversational AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is preferred, along with familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Strong programming capabilities in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React, with additional familiarity with Java considered valuable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services.
- Experience working with SQL Server and enterprise data environments.
- Understanding of AI agent architecture, integrations, connectors, orchestration, and enterprise workflow automation.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions that align with organizational governance and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot AI solutions and continuously improve their effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies, experimentation, automation, and solving complex business problems.
