Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial deliverables for Consumer OpEx
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models quantifying risks, opportunities, and scenario outcomes
- Drive monthly variance analysis and month-end close, partnering with Accounting
- Partner with Consumer Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional leads to translate financial insights into resource allocation recommendations
- Lead preparation and presentation of financial analyses during business reviews
- Execute proactive deep-dive analyses to surface trends, anomalies, and efficiency opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with direct ownership of OpEx planning
- Track record managing large expense budgets, delivering forecasts, and producing variance analysis
- Demonstrated experience building driver-based financial models and scenario analyses in Excel, proficiency in SQL, and at least one planning tool (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite)
- History of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Design teams
- Experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services environment
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly
Conditions
- Remote-first, but not remote-only; quarterly in-person working sessions ("surges")
- Annual base salary range: $130,900 - $154,000 USD (excluding equity and bonus)
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))
- Application limit: maximum 3 applications within a 6-month period
