Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation and integrations across AWS, GCP, and enterprise apps (Lambda, API Gateway, REST APIs, webhooks)
• Own and improve automation workflows using Okta Workflows, Workato
• Define infrastructure as code with Terraform and deploy via CI/CD pipelines
• Develop scripts in Python, Go, Node.js to connect systems
• Manage integrations across Salesforce, Slack, Jira, identity platforms, data warehouses
• Implement backup and recovery for Jira, GitHub, automation platforms
• Lead rollout and administration of enterprise AI tools (Claude, connectors, agents)
• Host and govern MCP servers and related infrastructure
• Administer IAM platforms (Okta, Auth0): authentication, provisioning, MFA, device trust, SCIM, JML
• Manage security and edge services: DNS, PKI, WAF, rate limiting, certificates, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
• Support customer-facing web infrastructure (CloudFront)
• Administer Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Slack, GitLab
• Resolve Tier 2/3 escalations, troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices
• Maintain technical documentation and inventories
• Manage IT vendor relationships and improve infrastructure reliability

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT operations, DevOps, cloud engineering, IAM, or related; 2+ years in IT process automation
• Hands-on Okta administration (Okta Workflows) and Auth0 custom logic (Actions/rules)
• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM) and GCP (projects, IAM, BigQuery)
• Integration platforms such as Workato or comparable iPaaS
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js; REST APIs and webhooks
• IaC with Terraform, Pulumi; CI/CD preferably GitLab
• Experience with Claude or comparable LLM tools, connectors, MCP servers and their security
• Cloudflare services (DNS, certificates, Workers); Google Workspace administration
• SSO (SAML, OIDC), MFA, SCIM, RBAC, DNS, email authentication
• MDM platforms such as Kandji or Microsoft Intune; Windows/macOS troubleshooting
