Responsibilities
- Own the Mexico marketing pipeline goal. Drive the next chapter of Mexico's growth story. Own the Mexico marketing strategy, programs, and results.
- Develop differentiated marketing strategy and programs for all customer segments: commercial, mid-market, and enterprise.
- Develop customer-driven, prioritized campaigns to increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact brand awareness and momentum across the business.
- Work in close partnership with several cross-functional teams including global marketing teams, sales, communications, product, account development, and more.
- Track, measure and communicate local program results, and generate new best practices through experimental efforts.
- Manage a cross-functional team of regional marketers, including demand generation, event marketing, content marketing, solution marketing, and ABM.
- Maintain and grow a strong marketing team culture and morale.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
- Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience (5+ in a people leadership role) at an enterprise SaaS technology company; familiar with inside and field sales, inbound and outbound marketing programs.
- Experience using quantitative analysis to frame, answer questions, and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- A high-energy, creative, and data-driven self-starter who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to succinctly communicate results and tell compelling stories.
- Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
- Must be based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area and able to commute to the office as needed.
Conditions
- Annual base salary range: $1,396,000 - $1,745,000 MXN.
- Eligible for initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance.
- Hybrid position requiring commuting to Mexico City office as needed.
