Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across the Core portfolio
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research
- Partner with senior leaders across client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies
- Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency
- Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight
Conditions
- Remote - Singapore
- Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $212,200 — $212,200 SGD
- Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
