Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, launch strategy, sales enablement, communications, and go-to-market execution.
- Develop clear and differentiated product messaging that makes complex technical concepts accessible to developers, enterprise buyers, and other key audiences.
- Equip sales teams with compelling collateral, battle cards, competitive intelligence, presentations, and enablement resources that help accelerate and win opportunities.
- Develop customer stories, case studies, and proof points that demonstrate measurable product value across priority industries and use cases.
- Lead content strategy across SEO, AEO, thought leadership, and other channels to strengthen category positioning and market visibility.
- Partner with design and web teams to translate positioning into high-converting landing pages, emails, campaigns, and other marketing assets.
- Support both product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market motions by understanding user journeys, funnel behavior, expansion opportunities, and the transition from self-service to sales-assisted engagement.
- Develop deep insights into enterprise buyers, customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to inform segmentation and campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, Developer Relations, and other cross-functional teams to maintain consistent and compelling messaging across every customer touchpoint.
- Build and scale product marketing infrastructure, including messaging frameworks, launch processes, enablement systems, and repeatable go-to-market programs.
- Establish measurable product marketing strategies and connect initiatives to business outcomes such as pipeline generation, adoption, win rates, and expansion.
- Act as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, SaaS, or other highly technical products.
- Proven experience working across both product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market models, with a strong understanding of how the two motions complement one another.
- Demonstrated ownership of successful product launches from strategy and positioning through execution and post-launch measurement.
- Track record of connecting product marketing initiatives to measurable outcomes, such as pipeline, adoption, conversion, expansion, or win rate.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for developers and enterprise decision-makers.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness and ability to execute independently, particularly within a lean marketing organization.
- Ability to develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive narratives, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer behavior, segmentation, customer insights, and campaign strategy.
- A clear perspective on how product marketing is evolving alongside AI and emerging technology categories.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering with Product, Sales, Design, Developer Relations, and other teams.
- Strong attention to detail, high standards for quality, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing polish.
- Experience with partner-led or ecosystem go-to-market strategies is a plus.
- Candidates based in the United States are preferred, with remote work considered.
