Partner is looking for an OpenText VIM & IC4S (OCR) Functional Analyst based in India.
Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and maintain OpenText VIM workflows to streamline vendor invoice processing, approval cycles, and exception handling.
Manage OCR validation and verification processes within IC4S to ensure accurate invoice capture, reliable data extraction, and high-quality financial information.
Support and optimize integrations between OpenText solutions, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Accounts Payable systems.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, scenario development, execution, defect tracking, and validation of functional changes.
Provide ongoing production support by investigating incidents, troubleshooting application issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective resolutions.
Leverage SAP Fiori applications to improve usability and efficiency of invoice management processes.
Analyze functional gaps and translate business needs into configuration improvements and practical system enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT services, with relevant expertise in SAP and OpenText enterprise application environments.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice processing and financial data management.
