Responsibilities
- Support hiring-intake discussions by confirming role requirements, candidate profiles, timelines, interview panels, and assessment criteria.
- Manage applications, conduct initial candidate screening, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with the Recruitment Coordinator team; brief candidates and interviewers, track scorecards, and follow up on feedback.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process and provide regular progress updates to the Early Careers team.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders to keep hiring activity moving.
- Support selection discussions, offer approvals, offer documentation, and candidate follow-up through acceptance or decline.
- Support approved campus recruitment events, career fairs, candidate communications, and CRM activities.
- Monitor recruitment progress, pipeline health, timelines, and key risks.
- Prepare regular hiring updates and escalate issues such as delayed feedback, low pipeline quality, interviewer availability, or timeline risks.
- Contribute to process improvements and a consistent Early Careers candidate experience.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, campus recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence following up with stakeholders and escalating risks when needed.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the Early Careers team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, or spreadsheets.
- Thai nationality is required, as this role does not support visa sponsorship.
- Preferred: 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or campus recruiting.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting interns, graduates, or other early-career talent.
- Preferred: Experience coordinating interviews, assessments, career fairs, or recruitment events.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM, talent-community management, or candidate engagement.
- Preferred: Experience preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring progress.
