Responsibilities
- Lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond
- Be strategic in identifying opportunities to drive growth through paid marketing, but also be comfortable diving in deep into platforms and data to unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to support building campaigns that fit the needs of every region
- Assess and build in-house talent where necessary and partner with media agencies as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company
- 2+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Experience in building global paid marketing campaigns
- Experience managing $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback period
- Plus: Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or Display; in-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG SaaS company; experience in PLG organizations
Conditions
- Full-time role from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States
- Annual base salary range: $235,000 – $317,000 USD
