- Conduct talent mapping across semiconductor, AI infrastructure, hyperscale computing, networking, software, and adjacent technology ecosystems.
- Conduct substantive recruiter screens assessing technical or functional alignment, career motivations, compensation expectations, location requirements, and overall fit.
- Manage candidates throughout the complete recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach and interviews through offer negotiation, closing, and pre-onboarding.
- Continuously calibrate candidate profiles with hiring teams using funnel performance, candidate feedback, and market intelligence.
- Develop recruiting strategies for both immediate hiring requirements and anticipated future workforce needs.
- Provide leadership with insights into talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and candidate sentiment.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches with a highly organized, analytical, and data-driven approach.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
- Build long-term talent pipelines and identify emerging candidates who can support future organizational growth.
- Monitor recruiting velocity, pipeline quality, and process bottlenecks while helping hiring managers balance ideal profiles with available market talent.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, adaptable, and comfortable managing a significant requisition portfolio in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience recruiting within both high-growth startups and established technology organizations is highly desirable.
