Responsibilities
- Build fluency across the Money and Growth org by rotating through roughly 5 distinct team assignments over the program, each with its own stakeholders, metrics, and strategic priorities
- Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes
- Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs
- Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to inform leadership decision-making and influence core business direction
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced quantitative modeling techniques
- Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners
- Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
Conditions
- 18-month rotational program
- Based in Washington, D.C. office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
- Base pay range: $110,000 USD
