Responsibilities

• Implement advanced ML solutions and model deployment strategies (MLOps).
• Build advanced Generative AI components and pipelines, including RAG architectures, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks.
• Contribute to AI governance, observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Contribute to the design and documentation of AI solutions.
• Contribute to Python implementation tasks and micro-services using FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, etc.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of Python, pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, seaborn.
• Good knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy.
• Hands-on experience with leading LLMs and SLMs.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and model formats such as ONNX.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and implementing AI/NLP pipelines (AI Ops / NLP Ops).
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker and/or Azure Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Big Data systems such as Spark (PySpark) and/or Databricks.
