- Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Applied AI Architects.
- Personally own the technical win on a handful of highest-value commercial customers.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to co-build go-to-market strategies.
- Own the technical portions of pre-sales engagements.
- Develop scalable technical engagement frameworks.
- Travel across Europe to customer sites.
Требования
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- 2+ years leading pre-sales practitioners.
- Experience working with commercial customers across multiple European markets.
- Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
