Responsibilities
- Define Autonomous IT technical narratives, solution plays, and customer conversations aligned with EMEA sales strategy; establish technical storytelling standards, demo flows, and deep-dive methodologies for each sales stage
- Develop industry-specific technical plays (financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, public sector, telecommunications) that articulate ServiceNow's unified Autonomous IT value across IT automation, event management, cloud operations, IT resilience, and AIOps
- Lead Autonomous IT enablement programs: onboarding, continuous upskilling, and gap closure for SCs and pre-sales engineers across EMEA geographies
- Foster a thriving Autonomous IT specialist community by curating best practices, customer insights, technical assets, and providing always-on coaching on complex customer scenarios, competitive positioning, and technical validation
- Engage directly in large, complex customer deals to understand EMEA market trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics; translate insights into field enablement and product positioning recommendations
- Coach deal teams and hiring managers on Autonomous IT strategy, technical validation, and value articulation for transformational opportunities
- Lead development and evolution of Autonomous IT-specific assets: technical deep dives, industry use cases, competitive positioning, solution design templates, demo environments, and industry playbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA pre-sales, Sales, Product, and Enablement to align go-to-market strategies and drive Autonomous IT portfolio growth
- Measure and report on Autonomous IT pre-sales practices, assets, and enablement effectiveness; iterate based on feedback and market data
- Represent EMEA pre-sales in global Autonomous IT CoE forums and contribute to shaping global standards for Autonomous IT solution consulting excellence
- Influence product direction by acting as the voice of the field, working directly with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize roadmap investments based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
